New mothers tend to go through the day with one eye open and one eye shut. Sleep can become a distant memory. Your newborn started out sleeping in spurts throughout the night and as baby grew, her sleeping spurts grew longer and longer until finally she slept through one whole night.

De-cluttering simply boils down to finding a place for everything, making sure that everything is in its proper place, and getting rid of what you no longer need. Junk food includes items such as: potato chips, candy, chocolate, artificially flavored drinks and many pre-packaged foods. Junk food is appealing to kids because of its taste, color and appearance. Some junk food companies regularly target children with enticing ad campaigns for fast food and empty calories.
Parents can easily get sucked into the junk food routine because it’s so much quicker and easier than preparing a full, well-balanced meal. While junk food is faster to grab and go, it can lead to a variety of health issues, such as: tooth decay and cavities, obesity, high cholesterol, diabetes, and more.

Time is a precious commodity and those who learn to use it wisely will always be ahead of the game. First, the bad news: the one thing you can’t do is add more hours to your day. No matter what, it’s just not going to happen. The good news is: you can do certain things to make every precious minute count and in turn, have more free time.
Plan ahead – Don’t go anywhere without a list. Especially if you have the kids with you, you’re more likely to forget something without a list. So, don’t go on your errand run or shopping trip without a list. Also try to go shopping in the at times when there are less people in the store (try 9:00 on a Monday morning!). Why waste an hour fighting the crowds when you can be done in 30 minutes. Better yet, do your shopping online.
